Whitening to Complement a Restoration

If you need restorative work on your smile – perhaps crowns or veneers on your front teeth – it’s important that the restorations match the rest of your teeth. While some doctors will darken the new restorations to match a dingy, discolored smile, we find that patients prefer that we use white restorations and smile whitening on the remaining teeth for an overall brilliant, white smile.

We use the Day White system for extra effective, extra gentle whitening. Simply apply the bleaching gel to your custom made whitening trays and wear them for 30-60 minutes, once or twice a day. Within a week or two, your teeth will have reached your desired shade of whiteness.
